Fried fish with Tatar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Sole Fish,
  • Lemon Juice,
  • 2 Tbsp Salt,
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper,
  • Powder 1 Tsp

For Coating:

  • Plain Flour 1 Cup
  • Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Paprika 1 Tsp
  • Salt to Taste
  • White Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Oregano 1 Tsp
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Oil for frying.

Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise,
  • 1/2 Cup Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Green Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Pickle Jalapenos
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce.

Method: Take sole fillet cut into pieces add fish lemon juice, salt ,black pepper powder and marinate it for 15 minutes. In another bowl add flour , rice flour, salt , paprika , white pepper powder, garlic powder , oregano , and mix it well.

In separate bowl beat eggs with milk . Coat the fish with dry rice flour mixture , dip into eggs and milk mixture again coat with flour and fry in hot oil until crispy . Method for Tartar Sauce : In a bowl add mayonnaise , pickle jalapeno, green onion, fresh coriander , mustard , hot sauce , lemon juice and mix it well .
